How I'd Rock Kenzo

I didn't used to be a fan of Kenzo because, to be honest, I don't think they knew who they were. But things have changed recently. They have developed a very certain style and sense of who they are as a brand and I love the direction that they have gone in. It's a bit wild, while still being fresh and hip. It's welcome to the jungle,  Parisian style (at least that's the best way that I can describe it!)

So, in honor of the reopening event of the Kenzo Boutique in Kuwait (it's in Phase II, The Avenues FYI) I am doing this post. I created these two looks around my favorite Kenzo pieces. Look 1 is totally me, I love the pairing of bright and heavily printed pieces contrasted with the streamlined white shirt and the patent pumps. The second look is how I see Kenzo; a funky take on classic pieces. What is more classic than a pencil skirt with sling backs and a clutch? Then when you add bright colors, shapes and designs to those pieces, you elevate them to a more contemporary and edgy level.
